This course affords some time for people receiving Supervision to examine the various elements of the task and thus further appreciate its worth. In addition it seeks to establish the preparation necessary to ensure effective use of Supervision sessions and the pro-active role they need to adopt in order to maximise its effectiveness. This course is particularly suitable for new staff or those currently experiencing difficulty using Supervision.
