Course Profile: Pairs Supervision (1-3 days)

Supervision of staff is a legislative requirement as well as an issue of good practice. Organisations often struggle with delivering structured and consistent Supervision as there are so many competing demands. Pairs Supervision not only provides the manager with the opportunity to maximise available time, but provides additional potential for problem solving, supervising joint working, job sharing and resolution of conflict.

This course is designed for senior staff and managers who have the responsibility for providing Supervision to more junior staff. The course aims to provide an accessible model based on our 3 component 1-1 hierarchical model and is appropriate for implementation in residential and other support settings.
