Course profile: Moving and Handling of Loads
This course is aimed at all staff who are required to move objects or assist people while at work. The course will give a theoretical framework on how the body works, and how we can look after it, but the main focus will be on how this information can be applied to real life situations. Participants will be encouraged to share their experience and to participate in practical case studies relating to their work.
