Course profile: Motivating your Team (1-3 days)

Team effectiveness is not only dependent on the individual motivation within it, but on how it functions as a whole. Skilled leadership can harness individual strengths in a way that creates a cooperative environment in which weaknesses and dysfunction diminish. This course aims to help participants develop their insight into the factors that create effective leadership achieving a better motivated team in the interest of the worker, the organisation and ultimately service users.
