Course profile: Equal Opportunities for Managers (2 days)
Equal Opportunities is an area that is often misunderstood thus leading to confusion, resentment and occasionally in employment disputes. For Managers the task of working in an Equalities framework can be a very daunting task and litigious publicity can add to them perceiving equalities as the enemy rather than a framework to aid in the development of an anti-oppressive culture.
