Course profile: Effective Delegation (Half day)

Delegation is an essential part of managing staff or volunteers, yet often Managers find it very difficult to do as effectively as they would like.

This course explores the reasons why this might be and suggests a useful plan which gives participants a structure upon which to base delegated tasks.

This half-day course is often offered in conjunction with a half day course in Stress Management or in Time Management. As always we would be pleased to discuss your specific requirements and to tailor a one day programme to suit your current needs.
