Course profile: Investigations, Grievances and Disciplinaries: An overview (1 day)
Employment in the UK is governed by a range of legislation and Good Practice standards that serve to protect the employer and employee and create fairness in the workplace. Failure to comply with these laws and guidelines can lead to very expensive, distressing and time consuming litigation at worst and a very unhappy workforce at least. This course aims to provide managers with a range of information regarding this very sensitive topic so that issues are explored in a positive manner, to the benefit of both parties and indirectly, service users.
Learning objectives:
