Course Profile: Care/Support Planning
(1-2 days)In addition to being a registration requirement in the residential care task, care and support planning remains the major professional tool in the provision of quality support services. This practical course focuses on the knowledge base and skills required to create a support plan, including the elements of assessment, goal setting, planning, implementation and evaluation. Various support plan formats and models of approaching support planning are reviewed
