This practical course sets out professional expectations of behaviour and approaches to work. Formal, professional & legislative guidelines are identifiedanti discriminatory practice. Issues covered include time keeping, borrowing, buying and selling, social occasions, confidentiality, communication, personal disclosure, friendships with service users, Anti Discriminatory practice, and working in a manner that respects and promotes dignity, respect, choice, user consultation and independence
